Working in partnership with the Council and HAFFTRA, a new Tenant Participation Compact was agreed in February 2006. Individual tenant representatives and HAFFTRA have been involved in a number of forums, working parties and steering groups including:

  • Repairs tender appraisal panels

  • Decent Homes tender appraisal panels

  • Materials Panel for Decent Homes

  • Project Partnering Teams in each of the seven contract areas for Decent Homes

  • Decent Homes Residents Consultation Group

  • Decent Homes Residents Liaison Officers Forum

  • Integrated Service Improvement Plan Steering Group

  • Tenant Participation Compact Working Party

  • Key Performance Indicator Working Party

  • Local and Borough Housing Forums

  • Leaseholder Forum

  • Sheltered Housing Forum

  • Horticultural Maintenance Service Review Team

  • Communications Sub Group

  • Sheltered Housing Review Group

  • Equalities Champions Group
