Tenant Halls
Several of our estates have Tenants Halls. These buildings are for the benefit of all tenants and some have recently been refurbished. Sometimes they can be rented out commercially at certain times of day, for example for use as a nursery school, which can raise money for estate improvements. Other times they can be used without charge, or at a reduced rate, for community or voluntary groups to use.
