A tenancy agreement is a contract between you and your landlord; H & F Homes. It outlines your rights and responsibilities and also, what you can expect from us. It is a very important document and you should read it carefully.
If you have problems with reading, ask someone to help you or you can ask your housing officer for assistance. Similarly if you need help with translation, ask your housing officer.
Your tenancy is a legal document, if you do something to breach your tenancy such as commit anti-social behaviour (or allow members of your family or the visitors to your home to committ anti-social behaviour) or not pay your rent, for example, you could be taken to court and you may lose your home.
