Our tenants and residents live in different types of accomodation: street based properties; 'gap sites' a building containing only a few flats; or on an estate, usually containing high rise buildings with large numbers of flats. This area of the website specifically contains helpful information about living on an estate, although there is some information that is useful regardless of where you live or what type of property you occupy.
