Equality & Diversity
NO TOLERANCE FOR INTOLERANCE
H & F Homes believes that any abuse is unacceptable and our staff will act swiftly and decisively to stamp out ANY form of hate crime. Including a commitment to removing hate graffiti within 24 hours. Customer services officers are trained to deal with sensitive issues and the Anti-Social Behaviour Unit – working in partnership with among others, Victim Support and the Metropolitan police – has successfully prosecuted perpetrators of such abuse.
Here at H & F Homes we are committed to high quality and sympathetic services for all, regardless of sexuality; race; ethnicity; age; disability; religion; gender or any other factor - our workforce is as talented and diverse as the borough we work in!
You can help...
We pride ourselves on our commitment to equality and diversity, but if you think there are things we can do better – we want to hear from you. If you have had a bad experience using our services – we want to hear from you. If you think we do a good job – we also want to hear from you! And if you represent a voluntary or community group in the borough, you could join our Equalities Champions Group, email Nivene.Powell@hfhomes.org.uk
If you have or are experiencing hate crime or harassment, phone your local area housing office. Please give the officer you speak to as much information as you can: the location of any problems / incidents, dates, times, circumstances and names if known. All information will be dealt with in the strictest confidence.
