DECENT HOMES PROGRAMME INFORMATION
H & F Homes Decent Homes Programme 2007/10
H & F Homes Decent Homes Programme is split over seven geographical areas, each of which have been awarded to a partner contractor.
Area 1 - Breyer Group
Area 2 - Connaught Partnerships
Area 3 - Lovell Partnership
Area 4 - Lovell Partnership
Area 5 - Balfour Beatty Construction
Area 6 - Breyer Group
Area 7 - Diamond Build
The programme has already commenced and we are now working with our partners to deliver it. This means that we will be carrying out works to all properties in the programme over the next three years. Where required these will include external fabric repairs and redecoration, including windows, roofs and communal areas, and internal refurbishment (Tenants Only) such as kitchens, bathrooms and electrical rewiring.
Shortly before works commence at each property, the Contractor will contact the resident and provide details of the Resident Liaison Officer. The RLO will be the main point of contact for any queries relating to the proposed works, however, in the meantime, general queries can be directed towards the Principal Development Manager who is overseeing the relevant Contract Area on behalf of H & F Homes.
