Concierge

Some high rise blocks in the borough have a concierge service.

Receptionists are on duty between 8am and 1pm. Their responsibilities are to:

Maintain security to the block.
Ensure access is given only to authorised visitors.
Monitor activity in the reception area on the ground floor and in the lifts to prevent vandalism or misuse.
