Throughout the year we send out regular surveys to our residents asking for your opinions on a variety of things such as Repairs and the Decent Homes Programme.

These surveys are a way of helping us to gauge levels of satisfaction.

New Tenants

To make sure our tenants are happy with the service they receive when they move into their new home, H&F Homes asks all new tenants to complete a customer satisfaction survey.

Here is an example of the survey questions. 

The results of the survey are used to make improvements to the service.

These are sent to new tenants every quarter and the results and winners of the prize draw are listed below.
