Mystery Shopping

As a mystery shopper you will help us test the quality of our services. This means that you can take part in exercises like telephoning different departments of the housing service to measure the level of customer care and the quality of information given. This will help us to evaluate how well we are doing and also help us to identify service improvements.

We’ll provide you with free training as well as give you a £50 voucher for your time.
