Housing Improvement Teams (HITs)

These teams  will include staff and residents, working together to improve services. You can choose the team you wish to join based on your interests or knowledge. You may wish to join the HIT dealing with Repairs, or Decent Homes, or you may be more interested in Anti-social behaviour, or Resident Involvement, for example.

This is a good, effective way for you to constructively take part in improving services.
     
Each year we will publish a programme of service areas to be covered by the HITs.

May Repairs Service – Examine customer feedback and performance information;
make recommendations for improvements or further research
June Customer Care
July Repairs – Communal Repairs  Examine area identified in May HIT for further investigation
August Caretaking Services / Estate Services – Examine performance Information, customer feedback
September Leasehold Services – (e.g.Information to residents on service charges)
October Tenancy Management – Anti Social Behaviour. Examine Statistics, Strategy, and results of surveys – and make recommendations
