Housing Services Committee
The Housing Services Committee (HSC) meet bi-monthly to discuss and make recommendations on the policies and procedures relating to the Department of Housing Services. The strategies include Tenancy Management, Income Management, Anti Social Behaviour, Sheltered Housing Services, and Value for Money within these services.
The HSC also monitors Service Standards and Improvements performance data and determine any corrective action to address any shortcomings. Tenant Satisfaction Surveys and Mystery Shopping results are also reviewed at the HSC meetings..
