Being a tenant of H&F Homes...
Your responsibilities
As a tenant of H&F Homes your main responsibilities are to:
- pay rent
- report any repairs you need
- keep your home in a good condition
- be a good neighbour
- keep to your tenancy agreement
If you want any advice about your tenancy or the tenancy agreement, contact your local housing officer at the area housing office. You can find more information about your tenancy in the tenants handbook.

Our Responsibilities
We are responsible for managing your home and providing services to you (see our Service Standards above-right). Our main responsibilities are to:
- carry out repairs to your home
- manage estates well
- deal with Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)
- consult you if we want to to make changes to your home or tenancy
- keep you informed
