To provide services that people want and to meet the needs of our diverse community, we at H&F Homes want our residents to be at the heart of everything we do.

We want you, our residents, to be involved in making decisions that will affect the management of your home and the services you receive.

Our Resident Involvement Strategy has recently been developed through listening and working with residents. The strategy provides information on our priorities for the next few years, and sets out the many ways residents can be involved in H&F Homes.

Hammersmith and Fulham Homes aims to deliver high quality services for our residents in a way that best reflects their needs and preferences. It is important to us that we understand who our residents are and what they want; so that we can continually improve the way we work to ensure an excellent customer experience for you.

We want you to be happy with your home and the work that is done for you. Only by involving residents and listening to the feedback can we shape our housing services and home improvements in the way that is most likely to satisfy your needs and expectations.

There are lots of different ways to get involved and you can choose the way that best fits in with the time you have to spare, even if that’s just a few minutes.

Involvement can mean many things, from just sending us your opinion in a questionnaire, coming to a fun day, joining in with an estate inspection, going to regular meetings of residents associations or joining us on the board.

We have made a commitment to constantly improve the services we offer and know that everything we do must revolve around you, our residents, so we genuinely appreciate your participation and any feedback you can give us.
