H&F Homes Equality & Diversity Strategy covers both our service delivery and employment practices.It brings together all the key equalities initiatives we are undertaking or plan to undertake.
Our strategy seeks to ensure that the H&F Homes service provisions is truly representative and inclusive of all our customers and staff needs, regardless of disability, race, colour, nationality, gender, sexuality, age, religion or other belief.
The newly revised Equality & Diversity Strategy gives clear information to our staff, residents and partners on our approach to equality and diversity, and through the action plan, our priorities for 2009 - 12 and how they will be measured through the Equality Performance Indicators which will be monitored on a quarterly cycle.
