Decent Homes Committee

The role of the Decent Homes Committee is to monitor the delivery of the Decent Homes and Capital Works programme. This includes approval of key strategy and policy documents, including Repairs & Maintenance, Decent Homes and Gas Safety policies.

The committee make recommendations to the Board on any internal or external Best Value review and have a responsibility to monitor customer satisfaction with Decent Homes Capital Projects. DHC receive and approve Capital Approval Reports for Decent Homes Schemes.
