Who are we?

We are an 'Arms Length Management Organisation' (ALMO) working in partnership with the Council to manage homes for tenants and leaseholders in Hammersmith and Fulham.

We were launched in 2004 and are responsible for around 18,000 homes.

In June 2009 we were re-inspected by the Audit Commission

and awarded 2 Stars with "excellent prospects for improvement."

Our History

The decision to set up an ALMO was made in June 2003. Becoming an Almo was identified as the best way to obtain the funding required to bring all homes up to the Decent Homes Standard. Residents had to vote to decide to become an ALMO. Nearly 40% of residents voted and 81% of them were in favour of becoming an ALMO.
